The Help Desk staff provides portal technical support to students, faculty, and staff. While the campus portal is available 24/7. The Help Desk is available when Live classes are in session via the Chat function. (Note: These times are subject to change based on class scheduling and student need).

Complete the trouble ticket below with as much detail as possible to assist the team. You will receive an automated response with a ticket number and the issue will be handled in the order received.

Students are encouraged to reach out to the Help Desk with any technical issues they experience with the platform. The Help Desk is not able to provide any assistance with personal equipment (i.e. broken/dysfunctional personal computer/printer) but rather assists with issues when the portal links (Classroom, Student Success tab, New Student Orientation) are not working correctly.
