Arabic Daily — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Arabic Daily (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Arabic Daily services, including our website, online classes, curriculum, assessments, community spaces, educational experiences, and any products or programs we offer (“Services”). By enrolling, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

To use Arabic Daily Services, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
  • Provide accurate information during registration.
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • For minors, parents/guardians assume full responsibility for supervision, communication, and payment.

2. Enrollment & Payment

2.1 Tuition & Fees

All fees are listed at the time of enrollment and must be paid in full or according to the chosen payment plan.

Tuition is non-transferable.

2.2 Payment Plans

Payment plans are a courtesy offered at our discretion.

Missed or late payments may result in:

  • Suspension of class access
  • Withholding grades, certificates, or transcripts
  • Removal from the program

2.3 Refund Policy

Unless stated otherwise in writing:

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not granted for missed classes, student withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with course difficulty.

3. Academic Requirements

3.1 Coursework & Grading

Students must:

  • Attend scheduled sessions (live or recorded).
  • Submit assignments, quizzes, and exams by the required deadlines.
  • Maintain academic honesty.

3.2 Certificates & Transcripts

To receive a completion certificate or high-school credit recommendation:

  • All assignments, quizzes, and assessments must be completed.
  • Tuition must be fully paid.
  • We reserve the right to deny certificates if academic integrity standards are violated.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All curriculum materials, textbooks, videos, assessments, worksheets, digital content, and branding are the exclusive property of Arabic Daily.

4.2 Usage Restrictions

Students may not:

  • Reproduce, share, distribute, or publish Arabic Daily materials.
  • Post class videos or PDFs online.
  • Use the curriculum to teach their own paid classes without a licensing agreement.
  • Violation may result in removal from the program and legal action.

5. Technology & Access

5.1 Platforms

Services may be delivered through:

  • ArabicDaily.com
  • Zoom or similar platforms
  • Google Classroom, LMS, or communication apps
  • We are not responsible for outages or technical issues beyond our control.

5.2 Recording Notice

Live sessions may be recorded for educational purposes.

By attending, you grant permission for your video/audio to appear in class recordings.

Recordings may not be shared externally.

6. Student Conduct

Students must:

  • Maintain respectful communication with peers and instructors.
  • Refrain from disruptive behavior during live classes.
  • Adhere to academic integrity (no cheating, plagiarism, sharing test answers).
  • We may remove a student from the program for misconduct without refund.

7. Travel Programs & In-Person Experiences

(Example: Experience Oman or Cairo Trips)

7.1 Eligibility & Preparation

Participants are responsible for:

  • Securing passports, visas, and vaccinations
  • Following safety instructions
  • Reporting any medical conditions

7.2 Liability

Arabic Daily is not liable for:

  • Travel delays, cancellations, or lost items
  • Injuries, illness, or accidents during travel
  • Actions of third-party vendors, airlines, hotels, or tour operators

7.3 Payment & Refunds

All travel deposits and payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in a written policy for that trip.

8. Communications

By enrolling, you consent to receiving:

  • Emails
  • SMS reminders
  • Platform notifications related to coursework, billing, and program updates.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails but cannot opt out of essential communications.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will not sell your information.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Payments are overdue
  • Policies are violated
  • Academic integrity is compromised

Students may request withdrawal at any time but will not receive refunds.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Arabic Daily is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for Serv­ices in the previous 12 months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
